NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday December 12, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Mesores Hachinuch Inc. D/B/A Bas Mikroh, 1 Monsey Heights Road, Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Bas Mikroh Girls School, consisting of a proposed school expansion, on 3.3acres. The property in question is located on the South Side of Viola Road, approximately 665 feet East of Route 306, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.12-2-51 in an R-25 zone.

Application of Sol Menche for Connectivity Systems, Inc, 241 Viola Road, Monsey NY 10952, for Revised Final Site Plan Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Hearthstone Village, consisting of a mixed use development, which is comprised of 44 residential apartment units, 16,680 square feet of office space, 27,663 square feet of retail space, 8,860 square feet of storage space, and a 3,000 square foot bank, on 6.655 acres. The property in question is located on the north side of New York State Route 59, at the intersection of Augusta Avenue, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.11-3-53.6 in an MU-1 zone and Section 56.11-3-55 in an R-15A zone.

Application of Rachmiel Piotrkovski, 4 Neil Road, Spring Valley, NY 10977 for Final Subdivision Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled 4 Neil Road Subdivision, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a three family semi-attached dwelling plus two-accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.47 acres. The property in question is located on the West side of Neil Road, approximately 172 feet North of Ellish Parkway, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.17-1-10 in an R-15C zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Site Plan and Special Permit Discussion with respect to an application of Mendil Kleinman, 261 Route 306 Monsey, NY 10952 of a drawing entitled Bnos School, consisting of a girls school, on 1.3 acres. The property in question is located on the West side of Route 306, approximately 180 feet North of Viola Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.07-1-38 in an R-40 zone.
