NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL

[PURSUANT TO SECTION 506, 526(1), 1526 OF THE RPTL]

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year: 2018, and that a copy thereof has been left with the Town Clerk at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, NY 10901, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the

FOURTH TUESDAY OF MAY; MAY 22, 2018, and that on such day between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Ramapo will meet at Ramapo Town Hall in the said Town to hear and examine all verified written complaints in relation to such assessments, and the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby, and the Equalization Rate is 12.60% and the Residential Assessment Rate is 11.9%.
