TOWN OF RAMAPO, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, State of New York, at a regular Town Board Meeting thereof, held on June 14, 2023, duly adopted, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
Resolution to sell the Real Property located at Van Ness Road (Paper Road), Spring Valley, New York and identified as Village of Spring Valley Tax Parcels 50.09-3-4 thru 9 and 50.13-3-5 thru 8 (the “Property”) to Avon Gardens LLC in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract of Sale executed by the Parties to said Contract.
This Resolution and sale of the Property is subject to a Permissive Referendum pursuant to Town Law, Section 90.
