NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:

 

Application of DeMartino, Mackenzie, Hemmer & Watchtower, 3, 5 & 7 Navajo Trail & 30 Sterling Mine Road, Sloatsburg, NY, for Sketch Plat and Final Subdivision Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Watchtower, consisting of lot line adjustment, on 3.95 acres. The property in question is located on the Northeast side of Sterling Mine Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 38.58-1-12, 38.58-1-001, 38.58-1-11 & 38.15-1-7 in an RR-80 zone.
