      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo that the above Public Hearing is hereby adjourned to August 15, 2018 at 7:01 P.M.

 

Adjourn Public Hearing: Amendment of Zoning Law - Pascack Ridge

     WHEREAS, the Town Board, by Resolution No. 2018-286, scheduled a public hearing for July 12, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. to receive public comment on a Local Law amending Local Law No. 10-2004 (Zoning Law) to change the zoning map of the Town of Ramapo with respect to the petitions of Monsey Lumber Company and 171 North Pascack Road Corporation,

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo that the above public hearing is hereby adjourned to August 15, 2018, at 7:02 P.M.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF LOCAL LAW AND PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, that pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 o'clock P.M. (Prevailing Time) at the Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, 10901, on the 12th day of  July, 2018, to consider the adoption of a local law entitled “PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 10 – 2004 (ZONING), AS AMENDED, TO CHANGE THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF RAMAPO (PETITIONS OF 171 N. PASCACK ROAD CORP. AND MONSEY LUMBER COMPANY) AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE TOWN OF RAMAPO“ which local law shall provide as follows:

LOCAL LAW NO.     – 2018

A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 10 – 2004 (ZONING),

AS AMENDED, TO CHANGE THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF RAMAPO

 

Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo as follows:

 

Section 1.        Amend Article II, Section 376-21, Zoning Map of the Town of Ramapo:

 

            Changing the zoning designation of parcels primarily bounded by Ewing Avenue in the Village of Spring Valley, Spring Brook Road in the Town of Clarkstown and Pascack Road, which are known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 50.19-1-44, 50.19-1-46, 50.19-1-47, 50.19-1-55, 50.19-1-56, 50.19-1-57, 50.19-1-58, 50.19-1-59, 50.19-1-60, 50.19-1-61, 50.19-1-62, 50.19-1-63, 50.19-1-64, 50.19-1-65, 50.19-1-66, 50.19-1-67, 50.19-1-70, 50.19-1-71, 57.07-1-2 and 57.07-1-19, which is more fully described on the attached Schedule A from an R-15 Zoning District to a MR-12 Zoning District.

 

Section 2.        Amend Article II, Section 376-21, Zoning Map of the Town of Ramapo:

 

            Changing the zoning designation of a parcel primarily bounded by Pascack Road and Ewing Avenue, which is known and designated on the Town of Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.19-1-72, which is more fully described on the attached Schedule B from an R-15 Zoning District to a MR-12 Zoning District.

 

Section 3.        This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
