Application # 22-272Suez PFAS Compliance Viola Wells 28 & 106, Steven Garabed, PE, Manager of Engineering, SUEZ Water New York, 162 Old Mill Road, West Nyack, York, for variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a drinking water facility, which will have less than the required front yard, front setback and greater than permitted building height. The property in question is: 141 College Road, Suffern, New York, located on the west side of College Road, approximately 300 feet southeast from the intersection of Rockland Community College Technology Center, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 49.10-1-26 in an R-50 zone.

Application # 22-295Congregation Bnei Israel of Monsey, 20 Francis Place, Monsey, New York, for variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a three-family dwelling with three accessory apartments, which will have less than the required side setback, total side setback and rear setback.  A variance will be required from Section 376-65C, which will have greater than permitted apartment size and cannot exceed fifty (50) percent of the principal structure.  A variance will also be required from Section 376-65D, in that the location of the accessory apartment may not extend beyond the footprint of the principal dwelling. The property in question is: 20 Francis Place, Monsey, New York located on the south side of Francis Place, approximately333 feet north from the intersection of Nancy Lane, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 49.20-3-24 in an R-15C zone. 

Application # 22-296:Feige Shifra Schiff, 3A Joshua Court, Monsey, New York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a four-family dwelling, which will have less than the requiredside setback, total side setback,rear setback and rear setback (deck). A variance will also be required from Section 376-50, parking is permitted within the required side or rear setback, but not within any yard and not within the required front setback. The property in question is: 16 South Remsen Street, Monsey, New York, located on the west side of South Remsen Street, approximately 392 feet south from the intersection of Remsen Street, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.14-3-4 in an MR-12 zone.

A variance will also be required from Section 376-61A, in that the outer court shall be at least 20 feet wide, as wide as its depth or as wide as the height of the highest wall adjoining said court, whichever is the greatest.The property in question is: 1 Sutton Road, Monsey, New York, located on the north side of Sutton Road Court, approximately 129 feet west from the intersection of Waverly Place, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 49.19-433 in an R-15 zone.
