Permissive Referendum to transfer property located at 79 Grove Street to Connectivity Systems, LLC
PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF RAMAPO, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, State of New York, at a Town Board Meeting thereof, held on June 26, 2024, duly adopted, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
Resolution to transfer Town land consisting of approximately 5,000 square feet of real property known as 79 Grove Street, Monsey, New York, and identified on the Town of Ramapo Tax Map as 56.11-3-55 (the “Property”) to Connectivity Systems, LLC for the consideration as part of the resolution of Litigation in Connectivity Systems, LLC v. The Town of Ramapo et al., Docket No.: 7:20-cv-0525 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
This Resolution and transfer of the Property is subject to a Permissive Referendum pursuant to Town Law, Section 90.
