The Town of Ramapo is actively seeking grant funding to transform a Town owned vacant surplus property, currently absent from the tax map, situated in Spring Valley. The vision is to repurpose this space into a mixed-use, vibrant hub by establishing an innovative athletic center coupled with low to moderate-income housing units. Notably, the architecture design of the housing units and athletic center will blend seamlessly with the surrounding properties, maintaining the neighborhood’s aesthetic integrity while inspiring positive social and recreational outcomes for low to moderate-income housing residents.
