LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will meet on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 8:00pm and will open public hearings on the following application(s) at 8:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of allowing the public to be heard on those applications.
It is anticipated that this will be a remote meeting using the Zoom conferencing platform.
The meeting will be convened at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, NY, but the Board members, applicants and their representatives, and the public will attend the meeting remotely via the Zoom platform, using the instructions below.
At the meeting, the Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on the following application(s). After providing opportunity for those present and wishing to be heard to address the Planning Board, the Board will determine whether a Public Hearing should be closed or continued. Links to files containing the application and supporting documents are available on the Town website using the posted meeting agenda. Application files may be updated before the public hearing is opened to include applicant submissions and agency reviews received on or before the date of the hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the current statutory authority for public bodies to conduct remote meetings will expire on or before June 8, 2022.

1. Application of Bluefield Extension LLC, 7 Ayr Court, Airmont, New York, 10901, for Preliminary and Final Subdivision Approval of a subdivision plan entitled “Subdivision Plan for Bluefield Extension”, consisting of a four-lot subdivision of a 1.05 acre parcel, a two-family dwelling with two accessory apartments, semi-attached, on Lot #1; three-family dwelling with one accessory apartment, semi-attached, on Lot #2; a three-family dwelling, semi-attached, on Lot #3; and a two-family dwelling with two accessory apartments, semi-attached on Lot #4. The property in question is located at 122, 126-128 and 130 Union Road, Spring Valley, New York, 10977, on the East side of Union Road, approximately 365 feet South of Eckerson Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 50.13-3-26, 50.13-3-27 and 50.13-3-30, in an R-15 Zone. On July 13, 2021 the Planning Board classified the proposed action as a Type 1 Action, determined that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required and that a SEQRA negative declaration would be issued.

Application of Suez Water New York Inc., 162 Old Mill Road, West Nyack, New York, 10994, for Final Site Plan and Special Permit Approval of a site development plan entitled “Monsey Well 31A”, consisting of construction of a new building to house equipment for PFAS treatment on the 0.4 acre site. The property in question is located at 10 Glen Drive, Monsey, New York, 10952, on the South side of Route 59, approximately 790 feet West of Route 306, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 56.15-3-48 in an R-35 Zone. On November 9, 2021, the Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA action, determined that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required, and issued a SEQRA negative declaration.
3. Application of Ateres Rosh Kolbesov, 17 Roberts Road, Monsey, New York, 10952, for Final Site Plan Approval of a site development plan entitled “17 Robert”, consisting of local house of worship with rabbi residence on the 0.37-acre site. The property in question is located at 17 Roberts Road, Monsey, New York 10952 on the East side of Roberts Road, approximately 200 feet North of Johanna Lane, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 56.15-1-10 in an R-15 Zone. On February 23, 2021, the Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA action, determined that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required, and issued a SEQRA negative declaration.
4. Application of 4 Crown LLC, 35 West Street, Suite 202, Spring Valley, New York 10977, for Final Subdivision Approval of a subdivision plan entitled “4 Crown Road” which proposes a two-lot subdivision with two-family residence and two-accessory apartments on each resulting lot on the 0.37 acre site. The property in question is located at 4 Crown Road, Monsey, New York, 10952 on the East side of Crown Road, approximately 90 feet North of Cedar Lane, is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 49.15-3-31, and is located in an R-15C Zone. On November 23, 2021 the Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA Action determined that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required and that a SEQRA negative declaration would be issued.
