Planning Board Meeting August 10, 2021 at 8:00 pm IN PERSON IN COUNCIL ROOM

LEGAL NOTICE


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will hold a meeting at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 8:00pm, and open public hearings on the following application(s) at 8:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of allowing the public to be heard on those matters, and the hearing may thereafter be closed or continued.
Please note that this Planning Board meeting will be held in-person.


At the meeting, the Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on the following application(s). Links to files containing the application and supporting documents are available on the Town website using the posted meeting agenda.


1. Application of Mosdos Koloshits, 3 Nesher Court, Monsey, New York, 10952 for Final Site Plan Approval and Special Permit Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Mosdos Koloshits, consisting of a new school with existing two-story dwelling on 99 Highview Road remaining and used as a caretaker’s residence and the existing two-story dwelling on 101 Highview being removed on a total of 1.90 acres. The property in question is located at 99 and 101 Highview Road, Suffern, New York on the south side of Highview Road, approximately 500 feet west of Route 84, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lots 56.05-1-6 and 56.05-1-7 in an R-25 Zone. The Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA action, determined on December 21, 2020, that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required, and issued a SEQRA negative declaration.


2. Application of Allstate Developers, PO Box 136, Monsey, New York 10952 for Final Subdivision Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Allstate
Developers, LLC (3 Lane Street), consisting of a two-lot subdivision with three family dwelling plus three accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.548 acres. The property in question is located at 3 Lane Street on the south side of Lane Street, approximately 125 feet West of Main Street, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 56.11-2-72 in an R-15C Zone. The Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA action, determined on February 9, 2021, that preparation of an environmental impact statement was not required, and issued a SEQRA negative declaration.


3. Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion of with respect to an application of Suez Water New York, Inc., 162 Old Mill Road, West Nyack, New York 10944 with respect to a drawing entitled Monsey Well 30 PFAS Treatment, PFAS Addition, and Tank Replacement, consisting of installation of new monopole and replacement of water storage tank on 1.315 acres. The property in question is located at 110 Grove Street, Monsey, New York on the North side of Grove Street, approximately 560 feet East of Remsen Avenue which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 56.10-3-27 and in an R-15A zone. Please take notice that this Public Hearing is not a “SEQR Hearing” within the meaning of 6 NYCRR Part 617, although the Board will accept public comment at this Hearing from interested members of the public and involved/interested agencies.
