LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will meet on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 8:00pm and open public hearings on the following application(s) at 8:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of allowing the public to be heard on those matters. At the meeting, the Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on the following application(s). Links to files containing the application and supporting documents are available on the Town website using the posted meeting agenda.
PLEASE NOTE that the Town of Ramapo has directed all boards and commissions of the Town to meet remotely for the month of January, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. While it is anticipated that the remote meeting will be convened at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, and that the Board members, applicants and their representatives, and the public will attend the meeting remotely via the Zoom platform, the statutory authority to conduct remote meetings will expire on January 15, 2022.
If that authority is not extended by legislative action or an emergency order of the Governor, the Planning Board reserves the right to meet in-person at Town Hall, to require that persons wishing to be heard be present, and that persons wishing to enter Town Hall to attend the meeting comply with all applicable federal, state and county health guidance.

1. Application of Mosdos Mehram Brisk, PO Box 236, Monsey, New York, 10952, for Final Subdivision Approval of a final subdivision plan entitled 34 Ellish Parkway consisting of a two-lot subdivision with a three-family dwelling plus three accessory apartments on each resulting lot of 0.51 acres. Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Tzemach Tzedek Monsey Inc, 2 Langeries Drive, Monsey, NY 10952, for approval of a site development plan entitled Cong Tzemach Tzedek Monsey Inc showing an expansion of existing house of worship on the 1.177 acre site. The property in question is located at 2 Langeries Drive, Monsey, New York 10952 on the North side of Langeries Drive, approximately 0 feet East of Route 306, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 49.12-2-40.1 and is located in a R-25 zone. The Planning Board classified the proposed action as an Unlisted SEQRA Action on November 9, 2021, and a coordinated review was initiated on November 19, 2021.
