LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will hold a meeting at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 7:30pm, and open public hearings on the following application(s) at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of allowing the public to be heard on those matters, and the hearing may thereafter be closed or continued.
Pursuant to Executive Order 210, this Planning Board meeting will be held in-person, and persons wishing to be heard must be present at the hearing when it is called.
1. Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Site Plan Discussion and Special Permit Discussion with respect to an application of Ari Waldman, 4 Jeffrey Place, Monsey, New York, 10952, of a drawing entitled 67 College Road, consisting of a new school and dormitory with a cafeteria and mikvah in the basement on 1.57 acres. The property in question is located at 67 College Road on the West side of College Road and approximately 250 feet North of Highview Road which is known on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 49.18-1-27 in an R-25 zone. Please take notice that this Public Hearing is not a “SEQR Hearing” within the meaning of 6 NYCRR Part 617, although the Board will accept public comment at this Hearing from interested members of the public and involved/interested agencies.
2. Application of Alter Benedikt, 4 Divot Place, Suffern, New York 10901 for Final Site Plan Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled 74 W. Eckerson Road, consisting of a renovation of existing three-story dwelling to an office building and expand existing parking area on .321 acres. The property in question is located at 74 West Eckerson Road, Spring Valley, New York, 10977 on the South side of Eckerson Road, approximately 300 feet East of
Route 45 which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 50.14-4-28 in an NS zone.
