NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will hold a Public Meeting via ZOOM
Date & time: August 10, 2020 at 7:30 P.M. EASTERN TIME (US AND CANADA)
Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders, the Meeting will be held via ZOOM Conferencing as set forth below with no in person attendance.
The Zoning Board Agenda, with associated files for public review, will be posted approximately one week prior to scheduled meeting on the Town of Ramapo website (www.ramapo.org). If you wish to speak at Public Hearing, please send your name, address, and email address to Corryp@Ramapo.org, no later than 2:00 p.m. prior to the Planning Board meeting.

Application of Ephraim Grossman, 16 Sunrise Drive, Monsey New York, for Revised Final Subdivision Approval with respect to a drawing entitled Grossman, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a semi-attached three family dwelling with three accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.47 acres. The property in question is located on the south side of Sunrise Drive, at the intersection of Monsey Boulevard, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.08-4-21.1 and 56.08-4-21.2 in an R-15C zone.
Application of 179 Maple Ave LLC, 161 Route 59, Monsey NY 10952, for Final Subdivision Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled 179 Maple Ave Subdivision, consisting of a two lot subdivision with a two family dwelling with two accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.39 acres. The property in question is located at 179 Maple Ave on the south side of Maple Ave, approximately 440 feet east of Monsey Blvd, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.08-4-5 in an R-15C zone.
Application of Thomas Klein, 5 Ida Road, Monsey NY, 10952, of a drawing entitled Shopper’s Haven Amended Site Plan, consisting of Final Site Plan Approval for an expansion of an existing supermarket – warehouse-retail center to include local convenience commercial, retail office, storage and parking. The applicant proposes to extend the existing building and add a new building fronting on Main Street and a parking structure. The property in question is located at 27 Orchard Street on the east side of NYS Route 306 at the intersection of Orchard Street, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.11-2-29.2, 31 & 56.12-1-5.2 in an CS zone.
Subject to the posted procedure, all present at the time an application is called and wishing to address the Planning Board will be heard. Written comments on an application submitted in accordance with the posted procedures will be accepted and considered by the Planning Board as part of the record on that application
