NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
Application of Aish Hatorah New York Inc, 382A Route 59 Suite 101, Airmont, NY 10901 for Final Site Plan Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled 50 Carlton Road, consisting of a school of religious instruction with the conversion of two existing residences into two dormitories, with the existing modular converting into a school, on 1.935 acres. The property in question is located at 50 Carlton Road on the North side of Carlton Road, approximately 298 feet West of West Maple Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 49.19-3-73, 74, 76 in an R-35 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Revised Site Plan & Special Permit Discussion with respect to an application of Swift Building Solutions, 161 Route 59 #202, Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Kinyan Torah, consisting of the conversion of Local House of Worship to a School of Religious Instruction, on 1.058 acres. The property in question is located 65 College Road on the West side of College Road, approximately 15 feet North of Highview Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.06-1-13 in an R-25 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Approval with respect to an application of Ramapo Knolls II Inc, 224 Old Nyack Turnpike, Spring Valley, NY 10977, of a drawing entitled Ramapo Knolls Townhouses, consisting of an 18 unit development, on 2.37 acres. The property in question is located at 214-238 Old Nyack Turnpike on the North side of Old Nyack Turnpike, approximately 272 feet East of Rock Hill Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 57.17-4-58.2 in an MR-8 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Prestige Builders, 21 N. Madison Ave, Spring Valley, NY 10997, of a drawing entitled Maple Estates, consisting of a 5 lot subdivision with three semi-attached dwellings with three accessory apartments on lots 1-4 and a three family detached dwelling with three accessory apartments on lot 5, on 1.23 acres. The property in question is located 200-206 Maple Ave on the North side of Maple Ave, at the intersection of Suzanne Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.08-2-31.1, 31.2, 31.3, 31.4 & 32 in an R-15C zone.
