NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
 
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan and Special Permit Discussion with respect to an application of Peter Obe Management Corp, 9 Polo Court Suffern, NY 10901, of a drawing entitled 102 E. Eckerson Road, consisting of a family group care facility, on 0.34 acres. The property in question is located at 102. E Eckerson Road on the South side of E. Eckerson Road, approximately 100 feet West of Buena Vista Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.14-1-14 in an R-15 zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Sara Klein, 19 Briarwood Lane, Suffern NY 10901, of a drawing entitled 19 Briarwood Lane, consisting of a Local House of Worship with a Rabbi Residence, on 1.15 acres. The property in question is located at 19 Briarwood Lane on the North side of Briarwood Lane, approximately 2000 feet West of College Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.13-2-2 in an R-50 zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of 113 S. Madison Ave LLC, 4403 15th Ave, #155 Brooklyn, NY 11219, of a drawing entitled 113 S. Madison Avenue, consisting of a House of Worship with a Rabbi’s Residence, on 0.2583 acres. The property in question is located at 113 S. Madison Ave on the West Side of S. Madison Ave, approximately 265 feet North of Old Nyack Road and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 57.17-4-63 in an R-15A zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Chashras Mayim Inc, 19 Widman Court, Unit 301, Spring Valley, NY 10977, of a drawing entitled Congregation Chashras Mayim Inc, consisting of an addition to the existing House of Worship to include a Rabbi’s Residence, on 0.3870 acres. The property in question is located at 19 Widman Court on the West side of Widman Court, approximately 211 feet South of Bluefield Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.13-2-4.34.1 in an R-15C zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Vayoel Moshe Satmar of Monsey Inc, PO Box 500, Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Congregation Vayoel Moshe Satmar of Monsey, consisting of a House of Worship, on 0.4524 acres. The property in question is located at 120-122 Grove Street on the North side of Grove Street, at the intersection of Remsen Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.0-3-30, 31 in an R-15A zone.

Application of Yoel Weiss, 18 Francis Place, Monsey NY 10952, for Final Site Plan and Special Permit Approval, with respect to a drawing entitled Congregation Vien of Monsey, consisting of a school of religious instruction, on 0.87 acres. The property in question is located at 61 College Road on the South side of College Road, approximately 50 feet South of Highview Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.06-1-19 in an R-25 zone.
