NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Special Permit and Revised Final Site Plan Approval with respect to an application of Meir Samuel, 73 Carlton Road, Monsey, NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Congregation Dvrei Chaim, consisting of boy’s school of religious instruction with a dormitory on 3.80 acres. The property in question is located at 73 Carlton Road on the South side of Carlton Road, approximately 290 feet East of College Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.18-1-11 in an R-40 zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Vayoel Moshe Satmar of Monsey, Inc, PO Box 500, Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled 120-122 Grove Street Site Plan, consisting of a House of Worship with associated parking, on 0.4524 acres. The property in question is located at 120-122 Grove Street on the North side of Grove Street, at the intersection of Remsen Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 56.10-3-30 & 31 in an R-15A zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Sketch Plat and Final Subdivision Approval with respect to an application of Bluefield Extension, LLC, 16 Maple Terrace, Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Bluefield Extension, consisting of a four lot subdivision with Lot #1 consisting of two single family dwellings; Lot #2 will consist of two single family dwellings and one single family dwelling with one accessory apartment; Lot #3 will contain three single family dwellings and Lot #4 will contain two single family dwellings with one accessory apartment each, on 1.05 acres. Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Revised Final Site Plan Approval with respect to an application of High View Hills, LLC, 400 Rella Blvd, Ste 106, Montebello, NY 10901, of a drawing entitled Highview Hills – A Planned Active Adult Community, consisting of 46 townhomes in clusters of two and 42 condo units in one building, on 10.9 acres. The property in question is located at 90 Highview Road, 117 & 127 Carlton Road on the North side of Highview Road, approximately 700 East of Spook Rock Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 49.17-2-65, 66 & 67 in an RSH zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Bella Ehrenfeld, 30 Ellish Parkway, Spring Valley, NY 10977, of a drawing entitled Ellish Gardens, consisting of a three lot subdivision with a three family dwelling with three accessory apartments on each lot, on 0.78 acres. The property in question is located at 30 Ellish Parkway on the North side of Ellish Parkway, approximately 100 feet East of Vincent Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.17-1-51 in an R-15C zone.
Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Avrom Weiss, 6 Horizon Court #202, Monsey, NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Congregation Beth Rochel, consisting of a Local House of Worship with a Rabbi’s Residence, on 0.24 acres. The property in question is located at 2 Hopal Lane on the North Side of Hopal Lane, at the intersection of Blauvelt Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.07-4-38 in an R-15C zone.
