NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 8:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, on the following matters:

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Morris Grunfeld, 8 Horton Drive Monsey NY 10952, of a drawing entitled 9 Northbrook Road, consisting of a three lot subdivision with a two family residence on each lot, on 1.4504 acres. The property in question is located at 9 Northbrook Road on the West Side of Northbrook Road approximately 100 Feet South of Sherman Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 50.15-4-61 in an R-15 zone.

Application of Action Signs Company, LLC, 3276 River Road, Rensselaer NY, for Sign Plan Approval of a drawing entitled CVS Pharmacy, consisting of 13 Identification Signs for National Rebranding. The property in question is located at 274 Old Nyack Turnpike on the North side of Old Nyack Turnpike at the intersection of Route 45, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 57.18-1-92 in a PO zone.

Application of Chana Landa, 18 North Ridge Road, Pomona NY, for Sign Plan Approval of a drawing entitled Tov Health, LLC, consisting of Three Identification Signs. The property in question is located at 1540 Route 202, Unit 1B on the North side of Route 202, approximately 10 Feet East of Camphill Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 33-05-2-4 in a PO zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Site Plan Discussion with respect to an application of Congregation Ohel Elimelech Tosh Inc, PO Box 1079, Monsey, NY 10952, of a drawing entitled Congregation Ohel Elimelech Tosh, Inc, consisting of house of worship, on 0.33 acres. The property in question is    located at 146 Maple Ave on the north side of Maple Ave, at the intersection of Decatur Ave, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 57.05-1-53 in an R-15C zone.

Determination of potential environmental impacts pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and Sketch Plat Approval with respect to an application of Byron-Hill Homebuilders, NJ LLC, 770 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, of a drawing entitled Main Way, consisting of a ten lot subdivision with a single family dwelling on each lot, on 26.80 acres. The property in question is located on Sterling Mine Road on the South side of Sterling Mine Road, approximately 500 feet West of Old Cranberry Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Sections 38.15-1-4 & 38.58-1-1.8 in an R-80 zone.
