Application # 21-212: Congregation Adas Chasidim, Inc, 106 Bates Drive, Monsey,  New York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a single-family semi-attached dwelling (existing), with an addition of a Rabbi’s residence, synagogue and mikvah,  with which will have less than the required rear setback, rear yard parking spaces, greater than permitted floor area ratio and greater than permitted development coverage.  The property in question is: 106 Bates Drive, Monsey,  New York, located on the east side of  Bates Drive, approximately 600 feet north from the intersection of Horton Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.10-4-17 an R-15MR zone.  

Application # 21-233: Suez Water New York, Inc,Eckerson well.No. 71, 123 Eckerson Road, Spring Valley, New York, for variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a water treatment facility,which will have less than the required side setback, total side setback and greater than permitted building height and greater than permitted development coverage. A variance will also be required from Section 376-62, in that the distance from the accessory structure to the principal structure is less than required.The property in question is: 123 Eckerson Road, Spring Valley, New York, located on the north side ofEckerson Road, approximately 160 feet east from the intersection of East Eckerson Road, which is known and designate on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 50.15-2-51 in an R-15 zone.    

Application # 21-243: 4 Crown, LLC, 35 West Street, Suite 202, Spring Valley, New York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of atwo-lot subdivision, consisting oftwo-family dwellings with two accessory apartments on each lot. Application # 21-244: Malka and David Neustadt Trusts, 39 Francis Place, Monsey, New York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of athree-familydwellingwith three accessory apartments, which will less than required total side setback, rear setback, rear setback (deck) and greater than permitted development coverage. The property in question is: 39 Francis Place, Monsey, New York, located on the north side of Francis Place, approximately 352 feet west from the intersection of Ronald Drive, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.20-3-7 an R-15C zone.  

Application # 21-245: 20 Suffern PL, LLC, 20 Suffern Place, Monsey, York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a two-family dwelling (under construction), which will have less than the required front setback, front yard and rear setback (deck). The property in question is: 20 Suffern Place, Monsey, New York, located on the south side of Suffern Place, approximately 113 feet west from the intersection of Roberts Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 56.14-3-26 in an R-15 zone. 

Application # 21-247: Chaim M and Ilsa Zahler, 64 Suzanne Drive, Unit #3, Monsey, New York, for the variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of a staircase to unit #3 to an existing three-family dwelling,which will have less than the required front yard and front setback. The property in question is: 64 Suzanne Drive, Unit #3, Monsey, New York, located on the south side of Suzanne Drive, approximately 225 feet west from the intersection of Vincent Road, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.20-4-18.1-3 in an R-15C zone.
