Application # 25-164: Israel & Feige Shifra Schiff, 3A Joshua Court, Monsey, New York, for variances of the requirements of Section 376-41 of the Zoning Law of the Town of Ramapo to permit the construction, maintenance and use of additional staircases and ramps along the front and sides of an existing local house of worship, which will have less than the required front setback, front yard, side setback, total side setback and rear setback. The property in question is: 61 Herrick Avenue, Spring Valley, New York, located on the west side of Herrick Avenue, approximately 185 feet south from the intersection of Maple Avenue, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 57.05-2-10in an R-15C zone.
